Parents need to contact their ECHO Coordinator at Tri-West to inquire on how to obtain services from CPC. The ECHO Coordinator then calls or faxes CPC the contact information of the parents and child to begin their initial assessment. CPC will call the family within 24 hours to set up the initial appointment for the assessment and recommendation.
