CPC provides evidenced-based, Intensive Behavioral Interventions (IBI) such as Discrete Trial Training (DTT) and Pivotal Response Training (PRT). These services are meant to teach core skills (attention, communication, play and social skills, compliance, imitation, and self-care skills) to children and teenagers. CPC also has an Early Intervention unit (EI), which specializes in 0-3 year old development for at-risk infants. In addition CPC has an Adult Unit which provides self-management training for young adults. The Adult Unit targets academic, social, and personal achievements. CPC offers staff in remote areas such as (e.g. Ojai, Fillmore, Santa Paula, etc.) to ensure that all families receive the services they need.

In addition to the above defined services, the Camarillo team is highly involved with our community and provides monthly community trainings and play dates. Children and their siblings are encouraged to attend as well as parents, caregivers, service coordinators, teachers, etc.  For more information about our FREE community trainings and play dates please contact Jessica Lopez at 805-384-1410.
